Assistant Manager, Healthcare Provider Management

Key Responsibilities:  

• Support the development and management of the healthcare provider network, including provider onboarding, contracting and network expansion initiatives

• Assist in provider fee negotiations, contract renewals and relationship management to maintain competitive and sustainable provider partnerships

• Coordinate day-to-day provider network operations, including provider enquiries, service issues and operational follow-ups

• Maintain accurate provider information, doctor lists and network records to support effective service delivery and stakeholder communication

• Manage vendor-related matters and work closely with internal stakeholders, healthcare providers and service partners to resolve operational issues

• Investigate and follow up on provider-related complaints, service incidents and customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation

• Identify service improvement opportunities and support initiatives to enhance provider service quality and customer experience

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards in all provider management activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Insurance or a related discipline

• At least 4 years' solid experience in provider network management, medical insurance, healthcare operations or a related field

• Experience in provider contracting, fee negotiations and healthcare provider relationship management is preferred

• Good understanding of healthcare provider operations, medical insurance services and healthcare cost management

• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with healthcare network systems is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
