Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and management of the healthcare provider network, including provider onboarding, contracting and network expansion initiatives
Assist in provider fee negotiations, contract renewals and relationship management to maintain competitive and sustainable provider partnerships
Coordinate day-to-day provider network operations, including provider enquiries, service issues and operational follow-ups
Maintain accurate provider information, doctor lists and network records to support effective service delivery and stakeholder communication
Manage vendor-related matters and work closely with internal stakeholders, healthcare providers and service partners to resolve operational issues
Investigate and follow up on provider-related complaints, service incidents and customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
Identify service improvement opportunities and support initiatives to enhance provider service quality and customer experience
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards in all provider management activities
Requirements:
Degree holder in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Insurance or a related discipline
At least 4 years' solid experience in provider network management, medical insurance, healthcare operations or a related field
Experience in provider contracting, fee negotiations and healthcare provider relationship management is preferred
Good understanding of healthcare provider operations, medical insurance services and healthcare cost management
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with healthcare network systems is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
