Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels in Hong Kong

• Create engaging marketing content and visually appealing graphics (brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, etc.) in line with MSIG’s brand standards

• Assist in the organisation and coordination of marketing events and activities, ensuring smooth logistics and execution

• Manage the full production cycle of corporate souvenirs, from concept to delivery

• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customers

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement digital and offline marketing programs and sponsorships

• Support product comparisons and marketing promotions to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, promotions, or communications

• Solid marketing knowledge and familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools

• Knowledge of AI-generated tools and technologies

• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, self-initiated, detail-minded, and a quick learner

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
