We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies and implementation roadmap to accelerate delivery and support of digital transformation for the responsible business unit 
• Identify and lead technology adoption across relevant disciplines, and develop business cases to improve service reliability, performance and productivity
• Oversee and manage Operations Information & Communications Technology (ICT) projects across all disciplines by engaging key stakeholders and capturing engineering requirements to ensure that quality solutions are delivered to agreed scope and user’s requirements
• Foster strong collaborations with academia and technology partners to accelerate multi-disciplinary innovations in the responsible business unit
• Formulate data strategy and strengthen cloud capabilities as well as data analytics capabilities to support Smart Operations and Smart Maintenance
• Monitor emerging technologies and analyse industry trends to recommend fit-for-purpose ICT, data, cybersecurity and smart railway solutions
• Oversee cybersecurity team to handle compliance issues for critical infrastructure in operations under the related cybersecurity regulations
• Develop talent with the capabilities required for ICT, data analytics, systems integration and smart railway innovation

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Communications / Computer / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with postgraduate qualification in Business or Engineering
• A minimum of 20 years of railway experience, of which at least 10 years’ managerial experience 
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution
• Strong analytical, project management and leadership skills with experience in managing a multi-discipline team

• Strong ties with industry players and government officials in railway sector
