PART TIME SALES COORDINATOR (Mon to Fri 1pm-6pm - one year contract) - Japanese trading electronic component (Lai Chi Kok)

• Our Hong Kong office operates as an import and export agent, importer, and service company, supporting commercial activities across trading and related business functions.

Role Mission 

• You will provide efficient order administration and clerical support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers, factories, and customers to facilitate timely delivery and effective service.

Role Summary

• Work in Order Administration Team, working closely with five team members to follow up on sales orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation. 

• You will play an important supporting role in maintaining accurate and timely order flow, customer communication, and internal coordination.

Job Description

• Follow up delivery orders from suppliers to customers.

• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and factories.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales team.

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth order processing and shipment follow-up.

• Handle day-to-day coordination tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

• Overtime work of around 15–30 minutes may be required during peak seasons, and such overtime will be paid.

Ideal Candidate

• F.5 graduate or above.

• 3+ years of work experience in trading, manufacturing, or supply chain companies.

• Experience in order processing, shipping, or logistics flow is preferred.

• Proficient in English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Experience working in Japanese companies is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus.

Terms & Benefits

• One year contract employment 

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm

• Performance bonus upon completion of contract 

• Annual leave: 8 days
