We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Event Manager / Event Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Do
Lead and manage a wide range of corporate events including conferences, seminars, exhibitions, gala dinners, award presentations, product launches, roadshows, and VIP events
Coordinate projects from proposal and planning through onsite execution and post-event evaluation
Serve as the key contact point for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, and project schedules
Work closely with designers, production partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
Manage onsite event operations and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service delivery
Who We're Looking For
Degree holder in any discipline
Minimum 2 years' experience in event management, corporate events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or agency environments
Candidates with hands-on experience in corporate events, conferences, award presentations, gala dinners, product launches, brand activations, and client-facing event agency environments are highly encouraged to apply
Experience gained from event agencies, exhibition companies, event production houses, experiential marketing agencies, or integrated marketing agencies will be a definite advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong client servicing, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under tight timelines
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven with a positive team-player attitude
