Supervisor 餐廳主任

Responsibilities (Supervisor):

• Assist the manager to run the operation smoothly and lead the team in the absence of a manager; 協助經理順利運作並在經理缺席時領導團隊

• Communicate often and clearly with the team and managers for a smooth operation;與團隊及經理頻繁且清楚地溝通，以確保運作順暢

• Ensure every guest experience is taken care of by the team; 確保團隊妥善處理每位顧客的體驗

• Supervise the team to deliver an excellent guest experience and acknowledge guests on arrival; 監督團隊提供優秀的顧客服務，並在賓客到達時致意

• Ensure orders are taken and queries are dealt with professionalism; 保以專業態度接受點單並處理詢問

• Communicate with the FOH and Back of House (BOH) expediter to ensure food is prepared in the correct order and the right quality; 與前線（FOH）及廚房（BOH）協調溝通，確保餐點依正確順序且符合品質

• Ensure the restaurant, kitchen, bar and work areas are clean, tidy, well stocked and ready for the shift; 確保餐廳、廚房、吧檯及工作區域清潔、整齊、備貨充足並為班次做好準備

• Follow all Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and PE policies and procedures as well as legal requirements; 遵守所有食品衛生、健康與安全及個人責任政策與程序，以及相關法律要求

Requirement: 

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience; 具3年相關工作經驗

• Fluent Cantonese speaking; Good commend of spoken English 熟練廣東話和英文口語和廣東話

• Good supervision & leadership skills; 良好的監督和領導能力

• Team Player, work together as a team  具團隊合作精神

• Positive ,enthusiastic, self confident and love great food; 積極，熱情，自信，熱愛食物
