PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR - Japanese smart consumer electronics brand (Tsuen Wan)

ROLE MISSION

• To support smooth procurement, production and shipment operations, ensuring products are delivered on time and inventory is accurately managed.

ROLE SUMMARY

• You will join a Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics team of five members. You will coordinate purchase orders, vendor production schedules, monthly shipments, warehouse operations and inventory records.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Arrange monthly shipments and communicate with freight forwarders.

• Support daily warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Prepare production requests and issue purchase orders to vendors.

• Monitor vendors’ production schedules and delivery schedules.

• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams on procurement, supply chain and logistics matters.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Diploma or above preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics.

• Experience in the electronics industry is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience in using an ERP system is preferred.

• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to work independently, learn quickly and pay attention to detail.

• Responsible, cooperative and well organised.
