ROLE MISSION 職務使命

• To support the Project Manager and project team in planning, coordinating and monitoring façade and curtain wall works, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day progress on site and in the office.

• 協助項目經理及項目團隊規劃、協調及監察外牆及幕牆工程，確保工地及辦公室的日常進度順利進行。

ROLE SUMMARY 職務概要

• Work closely with the Project Manager, site supervisors, sub‑contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on programme.

• 與項目經理、工地主管、分包商、供應商及內部團隊緊密合作，確保項目按計劃推進。

• Handle both site coordination and project administrative tasks to ensure clear communication, accurate records and timely completion of works.

• 同時處理工地協調及項目行政工作，確保溝通清晰、記錄準確及工程如期完成。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責

• Assist the Project Manager and team in preparing and updating work programmes, method statements and site coordination plans.

• 協助項目經理及團隊編製及更新工作進度表、施工方法說明書及工地協調計劃。

• Liaise with sub‑contractors and suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, material availability and installation sequences for timely completion.

• 與分包商及供應商聯絡，確認送貨時間表、材料供應及安裝次序，以確保工程如期完成。

• Coordinate direct labour and sub‑contractor teams on site to ensure logical works sequencing and minimal disruption between trades.

• 協調工地上的直屬工人及分包商團隊，確保工序安排合理，並減少各工種之間的干擾。

• Track material deliveries, inspections and test arrangements, and follow up on outstanding items with suppliers and sub‑contractors.

• 跟蹤材料送貨、檢驗及測試安排，並與供應商及分包商跟進未完成事項。

• Support the project team in monitoring site progress against the approved programme and reporting any delays or issues.

• 協助項目團隊監察工地進度是否符合已審批的進度表，並匯報任何延誤或問題。

• Maintain organised project files (hard copy and electronic) for drawings, correspondence, approvals and records.

• 妥善整理項目檔案（紙本及電子檔），包括圖則、往來信函、審批文件及記錄。

IDEAL CANDIDATE 理想人選

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in curtain wall, aluminium windows and/or structural steelwork projects in Hong Kong; façade or metal‑works background is strongly preferred.

• 最少 2 年香港相關工作經驗，曾參與幕牆、鋁窗及／或結構鋼材項目；具外牆或金屬工程背景者優先。

• Basic understanding of construction drawings.

• 對施工圖有基本認識。

• Familiar with site coordination, sub‑contractor management and construction documentation processes.

• 熟悉工地協調、分包商管理及施工文件流程。

• Computer‑literate (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CAD or BIM is an advantage.

• 熟悉電腦操作（MS Office、Excel、Word、Outlook）；具 CAD 或 BIM 經驗者更佳。
