PROJECT MANAGER - European listed MNC creative event agency & brand activations (Kwun Tong)

COMPANY OVERVIEW

• We are a creative event agency and a member of a European-listed global events group. We design and deliver live events, brand activations, exhibitions, and product launches for corporate clients.

• Our clients come from a wide range of sectors, including consumer brands, luxury brands, beauty and fashion brands, automotive companies, technology companies, financial institutions, hospitality, gaming, MICE, government departments, and public organisations. We also work with venues, suppliers, and creative partners to bring each project to life.

• From creative concepts and event design to production and on-site delivery, we create memorable brand experiences that connect people, products, and ideas. 

ROLE MISSION

• You will help deliver memorable events for our clients. You will manage projects smoothly, build strong client relationships, and support the team’s business development efforts.

ROLE SUMMARY

• You will lead and coordinate event projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure every event runs well. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage client events from planning through to on-site delivery.

• Coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Conduct site visits and prepare event plans and requirements.

• Support event setup, on-site management, and post-event follow-up.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials when needed.

• Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.

• Solve problems quickly and keep all parties informed throughout the project.

• Support other event and business tasks as needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least 3 years of experience in event management, event production, exhibitions, agencies, or a related field.

• Tertiary education; event-related studies are preferred.

• Advantage : experience in client servicing or supporting business development.

• Strong interest in the events, marketing, creative, or entertainment industry.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive, energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Willing to work flexible hours during event days.
