AECOM Asia Company Limited have been commissioned by the Civil Engineering and Development Department to undertake the captioned Agreements to supervise the construction of the works under the remaining phase for Kwu Tung North new development area and administer the construction contracts. The projects comprise mainly site formation works with land decontamination works, road and drainage works, common utility enclosures, bridge works, noise mitigation measures, building works, waterworks and landscaping works.  The works contracts in New Engineering Contract (NEC) form were commenced in August 2024 and the whole project will take about 71 months to complete.

艾奕康有限公司現招聘下列駐地盤工程人員負責上述政府合約之建造工程。工程主要在古洞北發展區餘下工程進行土地平整及除污工程，道路及渠務工程，地下公用設施共同溝，橋樑工程，噪音緩解措施，水務工程及園藝工程。相關合約採用新工程合約已於2024年8月展開，而整個項目之所有相關工程預計需時約71個月完成。

Resident Clerical Assistant 駐地盤文書助理 Ref. No: RCA/19714/TRA

Candidates should have:

• Completion of Secondary 4 with subjects studied including Mathematics, or equivalent; and

• Chinese word processing speed of 20 words per minute and English word processing speed of 30 words per minute; and

• Knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel).

Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 4 standard or above.

取得相等於香港中學四年級或以上的中國語文及英國語文科水平。

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Terms with AECOM Asia Company Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
