• Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute or Technical College of Vocational Training Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in Electrical / Building Services discipline; or

• Successfully completed a recognized technician apprenticeship in Electrical / Building Services discipline; or

• Successfully completed a recognized craft apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in Electrical / Building Services discipline; or

• At least 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in Electrical / Building Services discipline; and

• At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in Electrical / Building Services discipline; or

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor II or equivalent in Electrical / Building Service discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; and

• Preferably with relevant working experience in similar project.

• 持有香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港專業教育學院 / 職業訓練局轄下的工業學院或科技學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港理工學院頒發之電機或屋宇裝備工程學科證書或同等資格; 或

• 成功完成電機或屋宇裝備工程界别的認可技術員學徒訓練; 或

• 成功完成電機或屋宇裝備工程界别的認可技工學徒訓練，並具有兩年熟練技工之相關經驗；或

• 具有最少五年電機或屋宇裝備工程界别的熟練技工之相關經驗; 及

• 具有最少三年於取得該等資格後之電機或屋宇裝備工程界别相關的工作經驗；或

• 具有最少三年在公共工程項目或在駐工地人員管理手冊中4.5.2 章節列出的認可工程項目中擔任電機或屋宇裝備工程界别的駐地盤二級監工或同等職位之相關工作經驗; 及

• 具相關同類項目工作經驗者尤佳。

Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.

取得相等於香港中學三年級或以上的中國語文及英國語文科水平。
