Our client is a top leading bank, and they are seeking the right candidates for the position of Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager Trainee from all levels to join their banking teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of retail banking customers

• Acquire, develop and retain customer relationships to drive portfolio growth

• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions that exceed expectations

• Understand customers' personal and professional financial goals to provide holistic wealth management advice

• Develop individualized strategies focused on wealth creation and capital preservation

• Achieve assigned KPIs and profit targets by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones

• Enhance customer loyalty by proactively meeting their needs directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners

Requirements:

• At least 1 year Insurance or Investment sales experience.

• Passed IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1,7,8 is a must.

• Strong knowledge for Investment, Global Market, Insurance product.

• Prefer in university degree or above.

• Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in Written and speaking.
