ROLE MISSION 職位使命

• Lead retail sales and retail operations across Hong Kong. Drive business growth, operational excellence and customer service.

• 帶領香港零售銷售及門店營運，推動業務增長、提升營運水平及顧客服務質素。

ROLE SUMMARY 職位概要

• You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director.

• 你將匯報予銷售及市場總監。

• You will lead 2–3 Area Supervisors and 100 frontline sales staff.

• 你將帶領2至3名分區主管及100名前線銷售人員。

• You will manage daily store and counter operations, drive sales performance and ensure high service standards.

• 你將管理日常門店及專櫃營運，推動銷售表現，並確保高水平的服務質素。

JOB DESCRIPTION 工作職責

• Lead retail sales and operations for more than 40 compact shops and counters in Hong Kong.

• 帶領香港40多間小型零售店及專櫃的零售銷售及營運工作。

• Set annual budgets, sales targets and area/store KPIs.

• 制定年度預算、銷售目標及分區／門店關鍵績效指標。

• Monitor sales performance and take action to achieve targets.

• 監察銷售表現，並採取行動以達成目標。

• Drive sales through effective management and motivation of frontline sales staff.

• 透過有效管理及激勵前線銷售人員，推動銷售表現。

• Manage frontline incentive schemes to support store targets.

• 管理前線員工獎勵計劃，以支持門店銷售目標。

• Oversee daily store and counter operations.

• 監督日常門店及專櫃營運。

• Manage shop planning, frontline staffing, inventory control, POS management and visual merchandising.

• 管理門店規劃、前線人手安排、存貨控制、POS系統管理及陳列布置。

• Conduct regular store reviews on customer service, store presentation, inventory accuracy and policy compliance.

• 定期巡視門店，檢查顧客服務、門店陳列、存貨準確性及政策遵守情況。

• Identify new shop locations and support shop relocations.

• 物色新店選址，並支持門店搬遷工作。

• Work with internal teams on retail marketing projects.

• 與內部團隊合作，執行零售市場推廣項目。

• Support product marketing activities in stores.

• 支持門店內的產品推廣活動。

IDEAL CANDIDATE 理想人選

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• 持有學士學位或以上程度，主修工商管理或相關學科者優先。

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail operations and retail sales management.

• 具備至少5年零售營運及零售銷售管理經驗。

• Experience in FMCG, health foods, health supplements, beauty & skincare, personal care, lifestyle wellness, health & wellness or related industries is a must.

• 必須具備FMCG、健康食品、保健補充品、美容及護膚、個人護理、生活保健、健康及保健或相關行業經驗。

• Proven ability to lead multi-store retail networks.

• 具備帶領多門店零售網絡的實際經驗及能力。

• Strong ability to drive sales and motivate frontline staff.

• 具備推動銷售及激勵前線員工的強大能力。

• Experience in a retail brand owner is highly preferred.

• 具有零售品牌擁有商經驗者優先考慮。

• Strong business development mindset and sales-driven approach.

• 具備強烈的業務發展思維及以銷售為導向的工作方式。

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• 具備良好的領導、溝通及解難能力。

• Proficient in English, Chinese and Cantonese.

• 良好英語、中文及廣東話能力。
