(Senior) Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Roctec Technology Ltd. This is a full-time position based in North Point, Eastern District. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for our cutting-edge technology solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively manage and develop long-term partnerships with existing clients

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and prospecting for potential customers

3. Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives

4. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

7. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasting
   
   

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology industry. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Account Manager.

2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships

4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

5. Proficient in using CRM systems and sales automation tools

6. Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
