Accounting Assistant / Senior Account Analyst (Business Control)

Responsibilities:

• To assist maintaining contracts records and supporting development and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal guidelines;

• To liaise with the Legal team and other relevant functions to facilitate efficient contract administration and smooth operational processes;

• To support the functions of business control and risk management by providing periodic risk assessment, review effectiveness of risk management and internal control system;

• To assist management in developing processes and controls, reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures; and reviewing the compliance with governmental regulations and Company policies & guidelines; and

• To assist in internal audit activities.

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines

• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in internal control or risk management

• Good analytical and interpretation skills

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
