Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous hotline services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate, with 3 years’ customer services experience in insurance industry

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent Mandarin is a must

• Pleasant and possessing sound presentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and under pressure
