SENIOR MARKETING OFFICER - Precision Metal & Plastic Manufacturer / Metal Stamping & Plastic Molding (Kwai Fong)

ROLE MISSION

• Provide all-round support to the Marketing Manager to drive business growth and expand market opportunities

• Manage key sales accounts and ensure high-quality customer service

• Deliver accurate cost analysis and market insights to support strategic pricing and business decisions

ROLE SUMMARY

• Play a key role in bridging marketing, sales, and engineering functions within a high-tech manufacturing environment

• Handle NPI projects, cost analysis, and market research to support strategic planning and business expansion

• Work closely with internal teams and external customers to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to the Marketing Manager to drive business growth and execute marketing strategies

• Manage sales accounts and maintain strong relationships with key customers

• Prepare budget proposals by reviewing factory records, project requirements, and current conditions

• Consolidate market information and perform production cost variance analysis

• Manage NPI projects, including RFQ handling, project meetings, order management, and payment follow-up

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to conduct marketing research and gather competitive intelligence

• Provide customer service support for account maintenance and business expansion

• Manage ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in manufacturing or engineering services

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Strong planning, organization, and project management abilities

• Solid analytical skills with comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing cost structures

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel (Macro), SQL, and VBA

• Good communications in written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Trips to Dongguan is required
