Senior Engineer / Engineer (Hong Kong Island District - Mid-level & Sheung Wan)
The successful candidate will perform day-to-day building maintenance management services. Other duties include overseeing building and facilities maintenance and repairs, and undertaking improvement work for properties.
Requirements:
- Degree with 4 years or Higher Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience in Building Surveying / Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial buildings
- Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
- Knowledge of PC operations
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Engineer
