香港區域經理 District Manager (負責香港區所有分店) / 集團營運總監 Group Operations Director (負責大陸及香港區所有分店)

工作內容 Work content：

• 執行公司政策及營銷計劃
• Implement company policies and marketing plans
• 控制各分店各項營運成本
• Control the operating costs of each branch
• 管理各分店人手編排
• Manage the staff arrangements of each branch
• 管理各分店運作程序及資源運用
• Manage the operation procedures and resources of each branch
• 負責匯報店舖營運狀況及客戶意見
• Responsible for reporting shop operations situation and customer opinions

入職要求 Entry requirements：

• 良好的客戶服務，人際關係和溝通技巧
• Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• 具有良好的應變能力、管理技巧及溝通技巧
• Good adaptability, management skills and communication skills
• 具領導才能，有效建立團隊精神
• Leadership skill and effective team spirit
• 具有10年或以上的餐飲相關經驗（至少3~5年區域經理的經驗）
• Preferably with 10 years or above relevant experience in F&B field (At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a district manager)
• 流利的粵語及一般普通話和英文
• Fluent Cantonese and General Mandarin and English
