DEPARTMENT OF ENGLISH AND COMMUNICATION
 
Part-time Visiting Lecturer (Ref. 260715008)
[Appointment period: from September 2026 to January 2027]
 
Duties
 
The appointee will be required to:
 
(a)  teach subject(s) for the BA (Hons) in English and Applied Linguistics programme; and
 
(b)  perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department or his/her delegates.
 
Qualificationas
 
Applicants should have:
 
(a) a doctoral degree in Applied Linguistics, Communication, Media Studies, Art History, Visual Arts or a related discipline with at least three years of post-qualification teaching experience;
 
(b) a good command of written and spoken English; and
 
(c) good communication skills.
 
Conditions of Service
 
The remuneration rate is HK$950 per hour.
