Senior Manager (Reputation Management) (Ref. 260728019-IE)
Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) support the implementation of university-level strategies and initiatives to enhance the recognition and impact of the University’s work;
(b) lead the planning, design, and organisation of high-profile campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities to elevate the University’s global impact;
(c) oversee the development and compilation of strategic marketing materials and multi-channel communication collaterals;
(d) manage digital platforms and media touchpoints to support international outreach;
(e) conduct market research and data analysis, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations to support reputation management initiatives; and
(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognised degree in public relations, marketing, business administration or a related discipline;
(b) at least eight years of relevant post-qualification administrative and supervisory experience, preferably gained in tertiary institutions, public organisations or sizeable corporations;
(c) proven experience in branding, digital and data-driven marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement, portfolio management, event management or related areas;
(d) proficiency in data analysis and the application of AI-enabled tools and technologies for marketing and communication activities;
(e) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
(f) excellent organisational, project management and interpersonal skills; and
(g) the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preference will be given to those with solid experience in university reputation management, strategic communications, institutional marketing or rankings-related initiatives.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
