The Department of Information Systems, Business Statistics & Operations Management is seeking high-caliber candidates to fill the position of Teaching Associate / Instructional Assistant. The appointee will provide teaching support for both undergraduate and graduate courses, including the following responsibilities: 

• Assisting in course, tutorials/ laboratory teaching 
• Assisting course instructors to design and develop teaching materials
• Grading assignments and coordinating students’ submission of assignments
• Managing students’ attendance and providing logistical support for activities that are required for the courses
• Assisting with other course preparation and delivery as assigned by the Department

Qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in information systems or related disciplines. They should be highly proficient in English with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, and should be good team players. Relevant teaching experience and knowledge in the following areas will be an advantage: Excel VBA, UML, JAVA, R, Oracle, computer networking, Python, IS auditing, and business analytics. Knowledgeable in AI applications and tools would be an advantage. Applicants should upload the trancript and CV in the application. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)
