Technical Service Executive (Kitchenware / Cookware)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle technical enquiries from clients on hardgood products in physical and performance tests

• Meet with clients on technical supports

• Assist in development on testing protocols and new test requirements

• Handle any additional / ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Science disciplines

• With 3-5 year working experience in TIC industry, candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Technical Executive

• Good technical knowledge on Hardgood testing, with physical safety and quality tests on household cookware / kitchenware is highly preferred

• Able to fulfill deadlines for projects and work under pressure

• Customer oriented, strong communication skills

• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
