University and Career Advisor (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Advising: Guide students on worldwide university systems (USA, UK, Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, Europe).

Financial Aid: Support high-need students with scholarship search and financial aid applications (CSS Profile/FAFSA).

Credentials: Draft highly personalized counselor recommendations and prepare school profiles.

Workshops & Events: Run student workshops (essays, interviews, lists) and host visiting university admissions representatives.

Qualifications & Competencies

Education & Experience: University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally with cross-cultural experience in the past. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of global university admissions requirements, financial aid systems, and application platforms.

Skills: Strong written and public presentation skills, and database literacy.

Attributes: Deep alignment with UWC values, cultural empathy, and the resilience to thrive under high-pressure seasonal deadlines.
