WATCH DESIGNER / SENIOR WATCH DESIGNER - US Watch Design, Development & Manufacturing Company - fashion & lifestyle watch brand (Kwai Fong)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently create watch designs for assigned watch brands based on customer briefs, market trends and brand directions.

• Develop design concepts, sketches, mood boards, colourways and design presentations.

• Prepare design drawings and files for sampling and production.

• Work closely with product development team and factory team during sampling and development.

• Review sample feedback and make design adjustments as needed.

• Support new watch concepts and product proposals for customers.

• Keep design files, artwork and product records organised and up to date.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Product Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design or a related studies.

• 3+ years experience in creative watch design field.

• Experience with international, US or European brands is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of materials, colours, finishes and product design details is an advantage.

• Strong sense of fashion trends and lifestyle products.

• Creative, detail-oriented and able to translate customer requirements into appealing designs.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with a small creative team.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
