Our client, a fast growing banking group, is seeking for experienced Customer Service officer to join the SME Team
Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence: Handle incoming SME hotline inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently to meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs).
Campaign & Referral Support: Assist with marketing campaign inquiries, campaign registrations, and drive high-quality business referrals.
Value-Added Sales: Conduct outbound telemarketing and tag-on/cross-selling of bank products to enhance customer experience and generate revenue.
Team Development: Support on-the-job training and peer attachments to help onboard and upscale new team members.
Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all duties are executed in strict compliance with internal bank guidelines, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Experience: Secondary education or above with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably within a banking contact centre or customer service environment.
Licensing: Possession of relevant regulatory qualifications (Insurance and/or Investment licenses) is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated, independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
