Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Teller/ Counter Service Officer in their retail banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Handling counters transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers
- Promote and advise banking products and services to customers
- Answering customers’ enquiries with high quality servicing
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- HKCEE, HKDSE or above, Fresh Graduates are also considered
- One year or above working experience in bank or customer service position is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and good communication skills
- Welling to work under pressure and meet expectations
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
