Our clients is an local bank and they are seeking for experienced Business Development Manager to join their Business Banking team.
Main Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME banking clients and make sales referrals to meet targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve KPIs and support department goals
- Contact business professionals through calls and meetings
Requirements
- Secondary school or above
- 3 years’ sales experience in retail or SME/commercial banking
- Outgoing and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of banking products (deposits, credit cards, payroll)
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- IIQE (1 & 2) qualified
