Senior Coordinator / Air Freight Forwarding

Job Descriptions:

 Daily works include, but not limited to:
 

• To submit weekly/monthly reports to different airlines;

• To verify vendors'/airlines' cost for accounting payable;

• To issue invoices aligning with the quotations;

• To perform admin./ad hoc assignments if required.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma / Associate degree or above;

• Fresh graduates are also welcome;

• 1 year and above working experience in Air Freight Forwarding field;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;

• Self-motivated, proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel);

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor.

• Immediately available is highly preferred.
