Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data center facilities, run routine computer operations, and maintain overall system health and uptime.

• Oversee ongoing infrastructure maintenance and execute IT project implementations from initiation through deployment.

• Assist with the procurement of IT products and services, and maintain active contracts with vendors and service providers.

• Perform additional duties and operational support as assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 6-8 years working experience in IT industry and with at least 2 years experience in technical support

• Hands-on experience providing technical support for enterprise IT infrastructure in Windows server

• Demonstrated track record in project management, system development life cycles (SDLC), and external vendor management.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, contract awareness, and effective organizational skills.
