Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, including maintenance/service contracts and IT systems, in compliance with company policies and procedures

• Liaise and work closely with business units and IT teams to gather RFQ/tender requirements and facilitate procurement activities

• Handle the full spectrum of RFQ/RFP/tendering processes, including sourcing qualified vendors, preparing procurement documents, conducting evaluations, price negotiations, and contract management

• Manage the vendor performance evaluation process

• Align team objectives to achieve assigned cost-saving targets

• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline

• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience in a sizable organization

• Solid experience in managing RFQ/tender processes, preparation of procurement documentation, and contract management, particularly for large-scale IT procurement projects

• Strong negotiation, supplier management, numeracy, and analytical skills

• High attention to detail

• Proactive, passionate, resilient, self-motivated, and positive in attitude

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and brands simultaneously

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency in computer skills (MS word and excel)
