The Job

Client: A local Private Company with diversified business in property development, TMT, and other investments in the SE Asia.
Position: Personal Assistant to CEO
Responsibilities:

PA - Provide full spectrum administrative support to the CEO - Responsible for organizing meetings and appointments; Handle intensive travel arrangements; Prepare presentations materials;
Senior PA - also participate in different investment projects, liaise with internal / external parties and reporting to the CEO on project status. Oversees business operations to enhance operation efficiency.

PA: $40-60K. Senior PA: 60-80K. 5-day. Medical. Travel allowance. Bonus

Requirements

Overseas graduates from reputable universities
Relevant PA experience in serving C-suite gained with sizable companies or MNCs.
Well organized, detail-minded, self-initiative and hard working
For Senior PA position, relevant business operations / general management experience is required.
Native level spoken English
Willing to travel
