Operational Risk Manager

Job Description

• Monitor and manage the operational risk of business
• Develop, review and implement operational risk management policies and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements and company practices
• Identify the risk and analyze the risk profile, prepare reports for senior management review
• Implement operational risk reporting system and maintain database
• Responsible for business risk management and internal operation control
• Perform the work related to credit risk management

 Requirements

• Degree or above in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Law or related disciplines
• Possess CFA / FRM or relevant qualifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years or above experience in operational risk management in banking / financial institution
• Good understanding of financial business operations, products and services
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory requirements and practices related to operational risk management in banking / financial institutions
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent, detail minded and willing to work under pressure
