Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Branch Operation Manager in their retail banking sector.

Responsibilities:

Supervise counter services and handle all round branch operations
Ensure a smooth branch operations to enhance service quality to customers
Ensure daily operation process are following the guidelines and procedures of the bank
Handle complaints and maintain good relationship with customers

Requirements:

Secondary education or above
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail banking operations with at least 1 year at supervisory level.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
