Implement, monitor, and continuously improve cybersecurity best practices across all workstations, devices, accounts, and tools.
Oversee cloud infrastructure and services across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
Coordinate employee credentialing, workstation setup, and both digital and physical access control.
Configure and manage user access levels and permissions (e.g. Google Workspace, Lark), including account provisioning and offboarding.
Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical security hardware, including badge access systems, surveillance, and alarm systems.
Act as the primary contact for technology vendors and external IT/security service providers.
Support new branch openings by planning and setting up secure infrastructure and hardware ahead of operations.
Provide on-site technical support and setup at major events and art fairs.
Deliver infrastructure and security support to group companies and affiliated businesses when required.
Ideal Candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, systems reliability, and cybersecurity in a corporate environment.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
Practical experience with hardware maintenance, including routers, firewalls, switches, server cabinets, and power backup systems.
Familiarity with physical security hardware such as badge access, surveillance, and alarm systems.
Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
Proficiency in managing and configuring user access control systems (e.g. Google Suite/Workspace, Lark, etc.).
Knowledge of systems monitoring and management tools for uptime monitoring, incident management, and cloud infrastructure monitoring.
Experience with penetration testing, system integrity checks, and vulnerability assessments.
Willingness to travel and be on-site during major events and new site launches.
