Job Responsibilities:

• Independently or jointly manage the fund's investment portfolio in US, Hong Kong, A-shares, and other markets;

• Develop and execute investment strategies, identify investment targets with growth potential, and achieve absolute investment returns;

• Responsible for the construction, adjustment, and optimization of the investment portfolio to ensure the effective implementation of investment strategies;

• Possess excellent trading execution capabilities, reasonably control transaction costs, and improve investment efficiency;

• Strictly implement the company's risk control requirements, dynamically manage risk indicators such as positions, industry concentration, and leverage, and be responsible for investment performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, science and engineering, or related fields; Master's degree preferred;

• At least 5 years of experience in global secondary market investment with a verifiable track record of excellent investment performance;

• Proficient in at least two markets, including US, Hong Kong, and A-shares, and familiar with diversified investment tools such as derivatives and ETFs;

• Possess solid trading skills and risk management awareness, and be able to adapt to a high-intensity, fast-paced market environment;

• Preference will be given to candidates holding a Type 9 Responsible Officer qualification from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
