The Job

Due to business expansion, we are looking for several Recruitment Consultants to join our team.
Recruitment Consultant- Responsible for accout servicing and handling recruitment assignments, new business development:
- - Gathering job information and requirements from clients.
  - Sourcing candidates through job advertisements, research, networking, etc.
  - Screening and interviewing candidates
  - Interview coordination, placement follow up with both clients and candidates
  - Warm/Cold call for new business opportunities
5 day work, Basic salary + Commission + Incentives for high performers

Requirements

Full-time Degree holder with at least 1 - 2 years' working experience.
Possess strong interest in the recruitment industry.
Previous experience in business devleopment / customer services / client relationship management highly preferred.
Enjoy working with people.
Strong business acumen, outgoing, self-motivated, aggressive and confident
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Trainee Consultant / Researcher
