Key responsibilities:

• Perform problem diagnosis and program fixing for various social security schemes

• Perform physical design and specify program components for the system enhancements

• Prepare and conduct program testing and system testing

• Provide support to user acceptance testing

• Produce project documents

• Devise operating procedures

• Supervise Analyst Programmers to perform program development and system testing

• Perform on call support duties

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing or related subjects

• At least 5 years working experience in application development

• Experience in system development and implementation, preferably IT project of large-scale system implementation

• Hands-on experience in J2EE, Java Application Framework and JavaScript programming language

• Experience in application systems using Web Services

• Experience in Structured Query Language

• Work experience with/in the government is required

• Good communication skills

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
