Accountant/ Assistant Account

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform Full-set accounting operations, including payment preparation, data input, vouchers review and preparation, timely and accurately

• Work closely with internal users, and follow up payable-related matters and outstanding invoices with vendors

• Assist in month-end closing and prepare related schedules and reconciliation

• Assist in company secretarial and administrative tasks

• Prepare other reports and assist in special/ ad hoc projects as required or requested by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or above with at least 2 to 3 years of solid accounting experience

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant

• Experience in securities firm or money lender business is highly appreciated

• Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and be supportive to the team

• Immediately available is preferred
