We are looking for Event Coordinator to join our Event team and report to Senior Event Manager. In our team, you will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of events and functions, learning the complex pillars of branding and art and executing fun events and parties. You will have the chance to embrace their creativity, work with a diverse and international family of over 300 people, and learn from some of the top professionals in F&B.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for event management of dinners, lunch bookings, cocktail receptions, filming enquiries, cooperate bookings and fashion events across the portfolio
Responsible for answering event enquiries
Managing an event client database, collecting data and pulling reports
Coordinate and organize events from pre-event planning to on-site execution
Working hours are flexible and arranged according to event schedules
Capable of developing AI systems to optimize and streamline the team's workload
Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks
What we are looking for:
Passionate individuals interested in eating, pop culture, music, food, drink, art and creating memorable experiences
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Candidates with an educational background in Hospitality or Event Management, or those with more extensive experience, will be considered for the Event Executive role
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
Quick thinking and positive attitude
Good computer knowledge
Applicants must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
