General Responsibilities
Support daily operations to ensure alignment with company policies, standard operating procedures, and GMP requirements.
Work with team to plan and execute repackaging, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion meeting client requirements.
Assist in managing contractors, including KPI reviews, vendor evaluation to support service delivery expectations.
Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation for repackaging activities.
Participate in audit, reviewing and suggesting improvements to quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.
Liaise with clients on operational matters, inquiries, and requests, and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
Job Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Around 3 – 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related area.
Exposure to Value-Added Services operations is an advantage, but not essential.
Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards will be an advantage
Experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
