The Job

• Client: A renowned Property Developer

• Position: Building Services Engineer

• Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize building services systems to ensure smooth operation and cost efficiency; Develop and implement preventive maintenance and contingency plans to minimize risks and downtime; Oversee maintenance projects, upgrades, and retrofits for building infrastructure, managing contractors and service providers effectively; Implement energy-saving initiatives and manage sustainability programs.

• $35-45K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Min. 5 years' experience in building services systems maintenance / upgrade / retrofit, preferably gained with property developers for commercial properties or shopping malls.

• Strong knowledge of building services systems, HVAC, BMS, and energy management practices.

• Solid experience in coordinating and supervising works of contractors

• REW B(0) highly preferred

• Good communication skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and computer applications
