Confessions of a job hopper

In the past five years I’ve been working a manager for a not-so-satisfactory salary and for some reasons in life I had to make do with it. Eventually I quit and in the last 18 months I’ve switched jobs three times, though there was no hiatus between jobs. The reasons for the moves vary: headhunting, company restructuring and retrenchment. And now here I am, standing at the crossroad again in the third month of my current job. I’m thinking about a move because I believe I deserve more and I can earn more elsewhere. It’s tempting, although I’m aware that this could have an impact on my CV. My question is: how long should I stay in a management position to avoid a bad reputation? Would the potential employers suspect that my contract was terminated?
