Balance between being a parent and a working professional

I had given up my job as an in-house senior designer in a well-known multi-national corporation before becoming a full-time mum for 3 years, during which I worked for multiple marketing agencies as a freelancer on a regular basis. I have been working as a chief copywriter for an agency for the past five years. Although I’m happy enough in the job, I have recently been approached by an up-and-coming start-up company to fill a similar position with them. The company in question is quickly acquiring name recognition and is well capitalised.
