Assistant Company Secretarial Manager (Listed Company)
On behalf a listed company in Hong Kong, we are inviting high caliber personnel to fill up the positions of Assistant Company Secretarial Manager.
- Assist to manage daily operation and carry out all aspects of company secretarial matters for main board listed holding company including preparation of interim / annual report, various circulars and press announcement
- Ensure proper and timely compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and other statutory requirements
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers and routine filings for Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and regulators
- Organize board and shareholders’ meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines and member of HKICS / ICSA
- Minimum 7 years’ solid company secretarial practical experience gained from sizeable listed companies / professional firms
- Well-versed in company secretarial practice, Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, compliance procedures and other statutory requirements
- Self-motivated, well organized, independent and possess a strong sense of responsibility
- A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing and CSA
