Report directly to the Regional Director of Quality Management, the job holder will act as a specialist in providing leadership and support to other units in the region in order to maintain a high level of Quality, Food Safety, Safety and Aviation Security standard.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the execution of Corporate and Regional system to ensure compliance with local regulations; company and customers’ requirements
  • Develop, implement and sustain Regional system and procedures and support units on deployment and implementation of company initiatives
  • Lead and facilitate projects related to quality management, food safety, aviation security and related disciplines
  • Analyze unit performance, work in partnership with units to define continuous improvement plan
  • Perform audits and other monitoring activities
  • Develop and implement Standard Operation Procedures and Contingency Plan
  • Administrate, monitor and coordinate information/data as well as manuals update
  • Train, coach and develop the process owners at unit level. Conduct workshops and training
  • Assist in planning, organizing and conducting regional conferences

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Quality Management, Food Science and Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Management, preferably in food industry, with minimum 3 years at managerial or supervisory level. Experience in airline catering is an advantage.
  • Knowledge on Quality / Food Safety Management System such as ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC and etc. is a must
  • Knowledge on OHSAS18000 and Aviation Security of airport operation is highly preferred
  • Knowledge & skill on quality management such as process improvement; SIPOC, Cause Effect Analysis; FMEA; Risk Analysis etc.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (include Putonghua) and English
  • Good presentation and training skill
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skill
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Can work under stress
  • Willing to travel overseas frequently
