Responsibilities:

  • Establish an automation system that embedded with supply chain management and logistics management to the existing store operations which shall include barcode system for stock control, stock take and in-out records of spare parts, etc.
  • Establish inventory management parameters (such as re-order threshold and optimum quantities) and business rules embedded in the control logics of the Airport Asset Management System (AAMS)
  • Compile monthly inventory report and annual budget for the store operations
  • Review, improve and establish strategies and procedures to enhance operation of stores such as flow, timely supply of spare parts and safety precautions
  • Review and re-structure the existing stores to achieve maximization of space utilization


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Engineering, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines with at least 6 years’ working experience in store management, logistics / supply chain management or engineering of sizable organizations.  Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate holder with minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered. Experience in large scale store with automation systems and knowledge of Maximo / ERP are highly preferred
  • Possession of Certificate in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or other related subjects (e.g. 6S) is an advantage but not a must
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, organization and communication skills
  • Possession of a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
