Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to perform inward remittance and RMB Payment and provide quality services to customers
  • Approve daily transactions including Auto-pay, Pooling, Internal Transfer, Inward Remittance and ensure all transactions are executed without omission
  • Monitor customer transactions and conduct investigation; report the suspicious hit to AMLO when necessary
  • Control the delivery of funding report to Treasury Department and check the Forex Contract Slip issued by Dealer
  • Monitor the day-end reconciliation and handle irregular transaction as required
  • Review and update existing policies and procedures
  • Partner with project manager to support system development, enhancement and implementation

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate with around 8 years’ experience in remittance with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience
  • In-depth knowledge in payment products and cash pooling operations as well as AML and anti-terrorism checking
  • Possess analytical, planning and organization skills
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to maintain a cohesive environment with the team
  • Multi-tasking and attend to details; able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin, knowledge in Hanyu Pinyin would be an advantage
