Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate all functional impact, system effect and provide the best solutions according to business requirements
  • Coordinate all system projects, change requests, system release, user requirements, UATs, etc.
  • Manage system delivery implementation, acceptance test planning and provide post-implementation support
  • Liaise with business operation, IT teams with internal and external stakeholders to improve the quality of services being delivered
  • Perform daily support on system issues and incidents
  • Ensure security policy and procedures are in place in running daily operations with credit card system

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management / business analytic role in credit card industry
  • Certification of PMP/ Six Sigma and qualification of CSSGB is a definite advantage
  • Experience in defining the system user requirements and parameters will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in card migration project
  • Previous exposure in credit card operations and system projects
  • Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office Application, including Word and Excel
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analytic Manager
