Responsibilities

  • Manage and give leadership to the overall operation
  • Develop and achieve organization goals and targets
  • Cultivate and pursue Christian excellence in our work
  • Communicate the needs, the vision, the work effectively to the public
  • Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Deputize the CEO in his absence

Requirements:  

  • A strong passion and commitment to serve the poor
  • Relevant management skills and marketing experience
  • An able communicator in speaking and writing
  • A servant leader who leads by example and sacrifice
  • Willingness to travel to remote communities and disaster areas
  • On renewable contract term
